Birthday Parties

Available Monday-Sundays- September 19th-October 30th

Thank you for considering hosting your next birthday party or group at the Kinsch’s Autumn Fun Fest!  We look forward to making your little one's day a very memorable experience.  Each of your guests will have full access into our event.

PARTY TIMES:

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 12:45 PM - 2:45 PM

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

PRIVATE PARTY ROOM: 

We have an indoor party room available for your event.  The room rental fee is $40 for two hours.  Advance reservations are required.  The room can accommodate up to 70 children and adults and is pre-decorated with a Halloween/Fall motif.  You are more than welcome to bring in any food and beverages.  We do not have any cooler space available, so please account for any cold storage units.   You will have access to the room 15-minutes prior to your event time. 

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:

We ask that the drop-off and pick-up children on the sidewalk located off the parking lot entry into the Greenhouse area, which is in the back part of our building across from Paddock School.  There will be a Kinsch representative present to direct and guide your group.  Party leaders will be given a sticker for each child.  All children (and any adults) must wear these stickers on the outside of their coats/clothes in order to enter the festival.  

A set-area of picnic tables will be reserved for your party.  We ask that all the children begin and end at these tables - this makes it easier for parents to pick-up their children after the party.

PLEASE NOTE:  We encourage you to bring additional chaperones to help maintain the safety and supervision of your group.  If the chaperones are bringing any additional children not enrolled with your party (i.e., siblings, nieces, nephews, etc.), they must pay the required $7.00 admission fee into the event.  Admission fees apply to children ages 6 months to 12 years.  Two adults are allowed at no charge (must meet the minimum of 10 kids).

FEES/DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required in order to lock-in your date and is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your party reserved date.  Final payment is due on your event day. 

You are responsible for paying for each party package's minimum - even if all the children do not attend. 

If the weather is unfavorable, you can call up to 24 hours before your scheduled date to re-book.  However, if you are at the festival and the weather turns, we will not be able to schedule a rain date and there will not be a refund.  We do have covered group areas for a “rainy days.”    We will try our best to make sure your event is a memorable one!
