Our office is approximately 18 miles from downtown Washington, D.C., near the intersection of I-66 and Route 123 in the heart of Fairfax County, Virginia. Off I-66 take Exit 62, Nutley Street, Vienna. You will be travelling north on Nutley for approximately six blocks until you come tot he intersection of Nutley and Maple Avenue. (Maple Avenue is also known as Route 123 and Chain Bridge Road) Turn right onto Maple Avenue (Route 123), and travel approximately two blocks. We are located on the left hand side (north) of Maple Avenue (behind 309 Maple) in a cluster of off-white medical condominiums. We are directly across the street from Jades Shopping Plaza and down the street from the Amphora restaurant. There is planty of free parking outside. We are located on the ground floor. We are approximately one mile from the Vienna/Nutley Street exit on the (Orange Line) METRO. Charlottesville, VA

The Uva Eye Center is in the lower level of the Old Medical School Building at the juncture of University Avenue and Hospital Drive, across from the commercial area called The Corner. Free parking and shuttle service are available at the West Parking Garage. Free valet parking is offered at the entrance to University Hospital West. Here, your car will be parked for you and a courtesy van will take you to the Eye Center. There is also limited free parking along Hospital Drive, which must be entered from Jefferson Park Avenue.

Roanoke, VA

Our office is located in the Roanoke Memorial Rehabilitation Center, 2017 Jefferson Street, South at the corner of South Jefferson and McClanahan Street, SW. Directly across the street from Roanoke Memorial Hospital (Now Carrillion). From I-81, take I-581 into Roanoke. Stay on 581 to the Wonju Street exit. Take Wonju to the Franklin Road stoplight. Turn left on Franklin. At the first stoplight, turn right (McClanahan Street). Take McClanahan Street. Roanoke Memorial Rehabilitation Center is at the corner of McClanahan and Jefferson. If you are approaching Roanoke from the south on U.S. 220, take the 419 Franklin Road exit, turn right, and follow above directions. If you are approaching Roanoke from U.S. 460, follow signs to I-581 South and follow above directions. For additional directions to the Rehabilitation Center, call (540) 981-7406. Ample garage parking surrounds the facility. Limited street parking.

Richmond, VA

Our office is located in the West End of Richmond, near St. Mary's Hospital and Willow Lawn Shopping Center. We are situated in the Libbie Medical Center just off Old Richmond Avenue and Libbie Avenue. Off I-95, take exit 79, which is I-64 (Charlottesville) West. You will be travelling West for approximately one-half mile. Off of I-64, take exit 185 (Rt. 33), Staples Mill Road. Continue East on Staples Mill Road for one mile until you intersect West Broad. Turn right onto West Broad for three lights until you reach Libbie Avenue. Turn left onto Libbie. You will see the Libbie Medical Center on your left. Turn left onto Old Richmond Avenue. There is plenty of free parking outside our building.
